What are Permanent Rate Groups?

Permanent Rate Groups are a collection of Permanent Rates. You can provide one link which can be embedded on a website, QR code or on an email campaign to your users. This will allow the end user to select what location they want to park at and select from a list of parking products that are available.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

• Step 1: Go to Management > Permanent Rate Groups
• Step 2: Click Add new record
• Step 3: Click Save

• Explain the relevant actions to be performed

Step 2: Click Add new record

• Populate the required fields

Explanation of each field

• Description - What the name of the group is called
• Code - what code will be populated at the end of the URL
• Heading Text - A blurb that will appear at the top of the registration page
• Information Text - A blurb that will appear underneath the Heading Text
• Promotion Text - A blurb that will appear at the bottom of the registration page
• Select by Permanent Rate - This will allow a user to select a Permanent Rate first when filling out the registration form
• Disable Vehicle Addition - Will stop users from being able to add multiple vehicles during registration only

Step 3: Click Save

• This will save this Permanent Rate Group to the system.
• When creating a new Permanent Rate (Parking Product) You will be able to select this group under the Group heading
