Corporate Parking is a functionality of the UbiAgile product where it allows a Client Admin setup a mini-system for Corporations and businesses where they can have a limited view of the UbiPark system that allows them to sign up and manage their own employees.

The goal is to take away the administrator overhead and allows Corporates to manage their own parking within the business rules that are pre-defined.

Core Features of Corporate Parking

1: Approve/Reject employees that have registered for access

• A Corporate Administrator is able to approve/reject applications from their own employees.

2: Setup parking products for users to have unlimited 24/7 access

• Products can be set up that Corporate Employees can be registered into if they have access to the parking location without needing to booking first
• These users can also give up their space on an ad-hoc basis so that others can book that space when it is free

3: Setup booking products for users that can book when there is free space

• Users that are required to make a booking ahead of time can register into a casual booking group.
• These users will have a bookign widget on their Dashboard once they have been approved
• Easily see when there is space availability
