What is Fast Track?

Fast Track Parking is a streamlined parking solution that caters to asset owners seeking to encourage customer loyalty through a simplified access and payment system. Customers register a single time, setting up an account with a stored credit card. Each time they access the car park, entry is automated, and payment is effortlessly processed using the credit card linked to their account, ensuring a seamless parking experience.

How to setup a simple group ready for Fast Track parking

Step 1: Go to Management > Rate Groups

• This will allow us to set up a special group

Step 2: Click Add new record

Step 3: Use the Description field to input the name of the group

• This allows us to name the group. Use 'Fast Track' as an example

The Code field is for providing a unique URL link to this group. It is recommended to give a simple Code such as 'fasttrack' or use an abbrievation of the group name

Step 4: Turn on Auto Approve

• This will mean that if anyone registers for this group, they are automatically approved by the system. If you want to approve every registration into this group, keep this setting turned off.

Step 5: Turn on Credit Card Required

• This will ensure that a Credit Card is collected during the registration process

Step 6: Click on the Organisation tab

• Click on Add new record and add it to your organisation (this has been likely set up during the project roll out)
• Leave division set to (all)

Step 7: Click Save

• The group has officially been setup. If you Edit the group that we have just created and use the Copy Link button to copy the unique URL for this group, this can now be embedded on a website, emailed out or linked into a QR code to help bring users into the system.
• This link will create a unique onboarding experience for your users
• Different forms will be visible on the registration page depending on what other checkboxes you turned on during the configuration step
