How to setup a special rate to charge my Fast Track users?

This article aims to outline how to configure a rate that will charge your users that have registered to your Fast Track group

These same instructions can be followed to apply to any Rate Group, not just Fast Track

TABLE OF CONTENTS

• Step 1: Go to Management > Car Park
• Step 2: Go to the Rates tab
• Step 3: Click Add new Rate
• Step 4: Fill in the details
• Step 5: Click Add new Price
• Step 6: Click Save

• In the below picture we have configured everyone that is registered to the Fast Track group to be charged $12.00 on an entry/exit into the car park for every single day including public holidays.

It is important that the Type is set to Rate Group and that Rate Group is set to the Rate Group you want to charge. E.G. Fast Track

Step 5: Click Add new Price

• This will allow you to add another row to the pricing for the rate table.
• Start and End are set in minutes. This will allow you to configure more complex rates such as:
  • 0 - 60mins $5.00
  • 60 - 120 mins $7.50
  • 120mins - (empty) $12.00 (daily max)

Step 6: Click Save

• The rate has now been setup and will charge anyone that is registered to that Rate Group the configured rate.
