Step 1: Go to Management > Access - Manage Users

  • The same functionality can be performed in the Management > Access - Pending Requests however this view is limited to Pending Requests only

This view contains easily accessible information such as what access a user has, when they are valid from or when their access will automatically end

Step 2: Locate the user you want to Approve/Reject

Use the filtering options found at the top of each column heading

Step 3: Click on Approve/Reject

  • Reject Path

  • Message: This will be the message that the end user will receive upon rejection
  • Notes: These are internally saved notes, best practice is providing a reason why this user was rejected

  • Approve Path

  • Important Fields:
    • From: When the user starts from (cannot be a time in the past)
    • To: When the user will automatically end from (leave this blank if the user has no current end date)
    • Qty: How many of this particular product they are purchasing (Requires Multi-Purchase to be turned on)
    • Schedule: Sets what days the user has access from. (This is integration dependant and/or only usable with the UbiPark App as access)
    • Ignore Overflow: Whether or not the user will be charged overflow

See more information on setting up a Permanent Rate here

Step 4: Click on Approve

  • You will be redirected to the Billing screen. If this particular product has payment attached this screen will show what the user will pay for this current iteration and what they will pay for the next 6 months

You can use the Billing screen to ensure that the user is being charged correctly
You can use the back button to go back a step if you need to make any adjustments
