How to create a Visitor Parking Product

This article will quickly explain how to create a Visitor Parking product which can be accessed by yourself or a member of your team when filling out the Visitor Parking process.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

• Step 1: Go to Management > Bookings
• Step 2: Go to Management > Invite a Guest

Step 1: Go to Management > Bookings

• Add new record
• Fill in correct details
• Ensure 'Guest' check box is turned on.
• Select which payment type is most applicable
  • Free - there is no payment required for this visitor pass
  • Guest Pays - the guest must enter their payment details when filling in their application
  • Host Pays - the host must enter their payment information when filling out this visitor parking process

• Click Save

Step 2: Go to Management > Invite a Guest

• You will now be able to select this product from the drop down menu
