This article will explain how to provide a staff member with the ability to invite guests to your parking location
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Step 1: Go to Admin > Users
- Use this table to find the appropriate staff member access.
- You can use the filter tabs located in the heading of each column to search for the staff member
Step 2: Edit the user
- This will open the user's information
Step 3: Go to the Security Tab
- In this tab you can assign any number of different Security Roles to your staff members. Visitor Parking will often be bundled into an existing Security Role that has been setup during the project roll out phase.

Step 4: Set the Security Role to the User
- Under the Security heading you can select the correct Security Role.
If you do not have Corporate Parking you do not need to set Organisation or Division settings. Leave them set to (All)
Step 5: Save
- Save any changes you have made. Once the staff member has refreshed their page, they will have access.
