This article will be a quick guide on how to use the Visitor Parking module

- Step 1: Go to Management > Invite a Guest
- Step 2: Populate the rest of the fields
- Step 3: Populate User Details fields
- Step 4: Send Invitation
Step 1: Go to Management > Invite a Guest
- Select the location that you are inviting guests to
- Select the product.
Different products can have different rules. For example, some products can be a daily product, only requiring a date to be selected and some products can be an hourly only, which requires an entry time and exit time

Step 2: Populate the rest of the fields
- Message: This is a field which will be sent to your visitor. Use this to provide information about your parking location and what they may be required to bring, or what to expect when they park with you.
- Notes: This is for internal information only. This can be accessed in the Management > Booking Enquiries > Permit Audit Log

Step 3: Populate User Details fields
- Email and First name are a required field.
- All other fields are optional and can be filled out by the guest.
Step 4: Send Invitation
- Once the invitation has been sent, the end user must accept the invitation before the permit is active.
Depending on the access requirements of the parking location, this can result in the end user not having access
