This article will help describe how to setup a new Corporate within your UbiPark portal. It will contain a series of steps that can be easily followed.

Step 1: Add/Remove/Transfer bays
- If another Corporate is leaving or losing bays go to Management > Division > Edit the Division > Bays tab
You are able to use this menu to cancel bays automatically in the future or delete them right away (This will only remove it from the Corporate, it will not delete the bay data from the systemOnce this date passes, this bay will be automatically accessible to be reassigned to another Corporate
- You can also use this same menu to add unassigned bays to this Corporate
If this is a new Corporate you will need to use the Add new record located at the top to first create a record to add bays to
To add more bays that can be selected in the drop-down above you can do so by going to Management > Car Parks (Parking Lot) > Edit the Car Park (Parking Lot) and go to Bays
Click on Add new record to add more bays to this Car Park
Once this has been added, this will now be accessible in the Drop-list on the Division list. Please see previous step
Step 2: Create a new Division
- If the Corporate as yet to be created go to Management > Division > Add new record
To add Bays to this Corporate please see step one. Note: At least 1 bay MUST be added to a Corporate even if the Corporate does not have specifically assigned bays
Step 3: Create a New Booking Group

Step 4: Create a new Permanent Rate
- Permanent Rates are for creating parking products that provides access to a parking location without the need to book ahead.

Step 5: Create a new Permanent Rate Group
- A Permanent Rate Group groups Permanent Rates together so end users are able to pick from a list of parking locations and applicable parking products
- Permanent Rate Groups also allow for a more seamless onboarding experience for users.

Step 6: Create new Security Roles for the Corporate Admin
- Explain the actions under this step
Step 7: Setup a new Admin for this Corporate
- To setup a new admin for this Corporate group you can invite them to the system in the Admin > Users > Add User
- Fill out the details as seen here:
- Click Save
- Once the details have been saved the User will receive an Invitation email asking them to finish the sign up process and input a Password.
- Once the user has been go to the Security tab to add the appropriate permissions
